C110B –bidirectional battery contactor
Single-pole NO contactor for the bidirectional switching of battery voltages of up to 48 V (80 V rated insulation voltage). Four sizes for conventional thermal current of up to 60, 100, 150 and 250 A.

With the bidirectional C110B DC contactor, Schaltbau offers an economic solution for the switching of battery voltages of up to 48 V(80 V rated insulation voltage). The single-pole NO contactor is available in four sizes: for continuous currents of up to 60, 100, 150 and 250 A.
The C110B meets the standard for battery power-operated industrial trucks (EN1175-1). As a main contactor in industrial trucks, it connects battery and drive and, if required, it can disconnect the connection securely: both in normal operation (battery discharge) and during the charging process. Since this DC contactor can switch bidirectionally, it is also recommended for numerous other stationary and mobile battery applications with an operating voltage of up to 48 V; e.g. for battery chargers, mobile lifting platforms and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in intralogistics.
Features
The C110B is available in four sizes, for carrying 60, 100, 150 and 250 A. The connecting dimensions correspond with the usual market standard.
Thanks to the enclosed design, no dirt or dust can ingress into the contact area. The contacts are preserved.
The C110B DC contactor has been tested according to EN1175-1: the standard for battery power-operated industrial trucks. In industrial trucks it can work both as a main contactor and also switch subsystems, such as pumps.
The C110B is proven in numerous stationary and mobile DC applications in which switching must be bidirectional:

The contactor complies with the standards EN1175-1, EN 60947-1 and EN 60947-4-1.
